Haywire Uptown (1920 McKinney Ave) posts Monday–Friday 2–6pm throughout the restaurant with $7 drinks — frozens, Bourbon Smash with Benchmark No. 8, select wine. Uchi Dallas (2817 Maple Ave) posts happy hour every day 4–6pm: sake amarillo $6, cocktails (hachi no hiza, kenja old fashioned, subarashi) $9, sapporo rice lager and non-alcoholic lager $3, wine by the glass from $6 — plus a nine-course happy-hour omakase for two at $120. Atlas Cocktail Bar Bishop Arts (408 N Bishop Ave) posts Monday–Friday 4–7pm with $7 wells, $7 cocktails (old fashioned, French 75, daiquiri, hugo spritz, bee's knees, ranch water), and $5 all beers. Bishop Exchange (500 N Bishop Ave) posts IYKYK Happy Hour weekdays until 7pm, dine-in only, with $5 select beer and cider, $7 classic cocktails (paloma, old fashioned, moscow mule, tom collins). Barcelona Wine Bar Knox Henderson (5016 Miller Ave) posts Happy Hour Monday–Friday 4–6pm plus Sunday half-off bottles 11am–10pm: $7 mini cocktails (espresso martini, dirty martini, richmond gimlet, chamomile cosmo), 50% off all sherries and bottles of sparkling wine, La Nevera Rioja by the glass $6 (porrón $24).
Bites worth crossing the street for
Haywire prints a $7 bites menu: mini elk tacos, wagyu sliders, chips & queso. Uchi prints nasu nigiri $3, oyster $3, uchi salad $3, karaage $6, and hamachi crispy rice $9. Atlas prints $5 bites: pretzel bites, meatballs, bruschetta, french fries. Bishop Exchange prints $8 happy hour bites (OG wings, jumbo hot dog, margherita and pepperoni flatbreads) with truffle kettle corn $5. Barcelona prints snacks pick 1 for $5.50 / pick 2 for $10 / pick 3 for $14.50 with charcuterie & cheese $13.5.

How to run it
